Shipping invoices for goods

The Department of State Revenues for the Karaganda region informs that the order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 16, 2020 No. 1104 "On approval of the Rules and terms for the implementation of a pilot project for the registration of accompanying invoices for goods and their document flow" was signed and passed state registration with the Ministry of Justice.

The pilot project is being implemented on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

from December 31, 2020 for excisable products, for goods for which electronic invoices are subject to issuance through a virtual warehouse, as well as for import-export operations within the EAEU;

From February 1, 2021, for goods from the WTO exemption list.
