Order of the Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 19

 In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Regulation of Article 18
 of Trade activities" and the Treaty on the Eurasian Economic Union Article 29
 On May 29, 2014, ratified by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 14
 2014 (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement), as well as Annexes 7 to the Agreement, Section 10
 I ORDER:
 1. To impose a ban on export from the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including to
 the member States of the Eurasian Economic Union of unprocessed fish:
 other fresh or chilled fish (walleye) (from the code of the Commodity Nomenclature
 of Foreign Economic Activity of the Eurasian Economic Union (hereinafter – TN
 EAEU Foreign Economic Activity) 0302891070), fresh or chilled catfish, except for brown (
 African) catfish (from the EAEU HS code 0302720000), ice cream catfish,
 except for brown (African) catfish (from the EAEU HS code 0303240000),
 other freshwater fish, ice cream (walleye) (from the EAEU HS code 0303891070)
 for a period of 6 months.

 2. Committee of Fisheries of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources
 Notify the Republic of Kazakhstan in accordance with the procedure established by law:
 1) The State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic
 Kazakhstan and the Border Service of the National Security Committee of the Republic
 Kazakhstan on ensuring control over the implementation of paragraph 1 of this order;
 2) The Eurasian Economic Commission on the introduction of the ban specified in paragraph
 1 of this order, but no later than 3 calendar days before the date of its introduction.
 3. Committee of Fisheries of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources
 The Republic of Kazakhstan, in accordance with the procedure established by law, to ensure:
 1) the state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice
 of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
 2) posting of this order on the Internet resource of the Ministry of Ecology and
 Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
 4. Control over the execution of this order shall be entrusted to the supervising
 Vice-Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
 5. This order shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days
 after the date of its first official publication
